In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our valued residential and commercial clients. Who we are: 

We are your "All In House" Air conditioning-Heating-Plumbing-Electrical, and Emergency Automated Generator Systems service and installation team on your Commercial or Residential property. Whether you own a Commercial or Residential building, whether you need HVAC installation or service, our goal is to provide you with key environmental systems expertise. You should be at ease and in control - a feeling of confidence and comfort that we are happy to help you establish and maintain.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while working on HVAC systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain service options, pricing, and recommended repairs.
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC certification or apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, components, and electrical systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Sales acumen with a proven track record of generating additional revenue through upselling.
  • Commitment to working in a clean and safe manner, adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Must have common tradesmen tools such as refrigeration  gauges, multimeters, electronic leak detectors, thermometers

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift / Bi-weekly on Call
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 - 5:00
