Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Kodak, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate up to $37/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
- Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently & accurately
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch o ensure overall success of business
- Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints
- Maintain a clean & organized job site
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, & technical vendor training
- Train & mentor apprentices to ensure on-time high quality installations
- Diagnose & repair heating & cooling systems
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- EPA Certification with knowledge of applicable installation & venting codes
- Punctual & Reliable
- Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of Local HVAC codes
- Ability to read blueprints, draw simple diagrams
- Continued education & training to obtain NATE Certification
- Must have clean driving record
