Job Scope and Accountabilities:
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering learning solutions. This position is proficient in adult learning, instructional design, and learning technologies. This role is primarily focused on facilitator led training in addition to instructional design and delivery of training guides, webinars, screen demos, and video learning. In addition, the Implementation Consultant will assist with other software implementation activities including gathering customer requirements, assisting with developing design documentation, system configuration, testing and other project management activities.

The position is expected to collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders, and to use independent judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills in identifying and assessing learning needs, and designing and delivering educational programs at the organizational level utilizing performance consulting skills and best practices in learning & development.

• Effective analytical ability and sound judgment to assess complex needs and troubleshoot performance or process issues
• Strong and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Strong orientation to customer service and demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Track record demonstrating ability to function independently and as a team member, and consistently deliver quality outcomes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information encountered

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of organizational training or education experience. Relevant experience in the consulting, construction or real estate industry may be considered in lieu of training experience
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects and working with subject matter experts and stakeholders

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or architecture. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of one of the bachelor’s degrees listed
• Master’s degree preferred
