Job Overview:

Commanded Hands Inc, proudly operating as Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up Fort Worth NW, is hiring an Installer/Helper to support kitchen and bath remodeling projects. No formal experience? No problem. We're looking for someone reliable, teachable, and excited to grow in the trades. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world remodeling experience with a supportive and values-driven team.

Commanded Hands Inc operates as part of the respected Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up brands in Fort Worth NW. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist lead installers with the setup, execution, and cleanup of residential remodeling projects
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment to support smooth job progress
- Learn and apply basic construction and carpentry skills on-site
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Communicate respectfully with team members and homeowners
- Help install cabinetry, tile, flooring, hardware, fixtures, and accessories as directed
- Transport materials and tools to and from project sites when needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable with basic hand tools; carpentry/construction skills a plus
- Truck ownership is preferred but not required
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle remodeling materials
- Willing to work in dusty, messy environments with exposure to adhesives, paints, and other job-related substances
- Dependable, positive attitude, and eager to learn the trade

Schedule:
- Part-Time (As Needed)
- Typical Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with occasional overtime)
