What Can You Expect  

• Assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to employees regarding IT-related problems.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure and equipment.
• Help monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus and firewall systems.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects, offering support and innovative ideas.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure efficient knowledge sharing.

What You Bring to the Table   

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program to qualify for our Internship & Cooperative Program.
