THE JOB CAPTAIN DEFINITION:
The Job Captain here at Blue Heron will be a part of our boundary pushing architecture division. The Job Captain will be responsible for supporting the effective, high quality, and timely delivery of multiple residential design build projects from conception through to completion. This includes support and coordination of all internal and external design professionals to develop program, create innovative designs, meet client expectations and budget, and produce high quality design and construction deliverables in a fast-paced collaborative environment. This includes the production of drawings and specifications, client interface, and collaboration with resource teams; sales, concept design, interior design, construction, professional engineering consultants, estimating, purchasing, accounting, project management, building department, and DRB/HOA boards.
THE JOB CAPTAIN MUST ENSURE THE FOLLOWING:
Provide support to the Project Team in the coordination and management of all workflows associated with the delivery of high-quality design and construction deliverables. This includes the production of drawings and collaboration with resource teams; sales, concept design, interior design, construction, professional engineering consultants, estimating, purchasing, accounting, project management, building department, and DRB/HOA boards
