What Can You Expect:

• Collaborate with Project Managers on job billings and cost projections to ensure accurate monthly financial statements
• Assist Senior Accountant with preparing monthly BUL reports and analyze potential issues with under billings
• Maintain accurate subcontract and purchase order records
• This position maintains and controls the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the company while applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and thorough review of financial records

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Must possess basic to intermediate knowledge of the following software applications:  Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe. Must be willing to learn the following software as needed: Bluebeam, Constructware, Viewpoint and Viewpoint Field Work Center
• High level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
