Job Summary:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in project management and sales? Blue Angel Roofing & General Contractors is hiring an entry-level Junior Residential Roofing Sales to train under our seasoned project management team. In this role, you'll learn the ins and outs of project management, customer acquisition, and roofing sales while building a foundation for a long-term career in the industry.

This temporary position provides a 90-day training and testing period, with potential for extension or a permanent role based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Development: Train with a Senior Project Manager to master door-to-door sales techniques and customer relationship building.
  • Sales Outreach: Dedicate 80% of your role to door-knocking and prospecting potential clients.
  • Technology Usage: Gain proficiency in basic technology programs and apps necessary for the role.
  • Time Management: Efficiently plan and execute daily responsibilities to meet sales and training objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to your Senior Project Manager.
  • Commitment: Work 30-40 hours per week, ensuring consistent effort and growth during the training period.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of technology and ability to adapt to new programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments and commit to door-to-door outreach
