The DOE Engineering Director will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple projects, pursuits and developing relationships within DOE to provide engineering services and operational execution. He or She will be expected to have a firm understanding of the regional team’s core technical capabilities and the needs of major clients to provide engineering services and management. The successful candidate should have existing, strong relationships with multiple targeted clients in his or her region and should have established contact with other potential, secondary clients that could be leveraged in the future. The role requires the successful candidate to engage both new and existing clients to solidify strong relationships and best position his or her team to build a stable and growing backlog. He or She will help build and execute short-term and long-term market strategies to set the best course supporting the overall business line.

This position is based out of the Oak Ridge, TN location with the ability to travel at least 50% to client and project locations as needed.
