Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks: trenching, digging, hauling, and site cleanup
- Assist machine operators and foremen as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Arrive at the shop at 1067 Jaycox Road or report directly to assigned job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Learn and apply construction skills, including blueprint reading and grade checking
Qualifications
- Valid driver license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Willing to learn and grow - no prior experience necessary if you have a strong work ethic
- ClassA CDL and equipment operation experience are a plus
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute
- Capable of commuting to job sites within a 40-minute radius of Avon, OH

Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with start times based on project needs. Overtime opportunities available.
Work Location
Avon, OH - with travel to job sites within a 40-mile radius. Local work only - be home every night.
