Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial landscape clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee maintenance contracts, enhancements, and seasonal services, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions and address client needs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and upsell additional services to existing clients.
• Manage budgets, proposals, and contracts to align with company goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in landscape account management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with commercial property managers, HOAs, or municipalities is a plus.
• Proficiency in budgeting, proposals, and contract management.
