Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + $50K–$60K annual commissions + company vehicle

Bloom Talent Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing commercial landscape construction firm that is scaling its operations across the Las Vegas metro market.

With a strong backlog of multi-million-dollar projects and a rapidly expanding pipeline, the company is seeking a seasoned Landscape Construction Superintendent to take full ownership of field execution, project delivery, and crew performance.

This is a highly visible, business-critical role responsible for leading 10 crews, managing 6–7 concurrent construction projects, and restoring efficiency, quality, and profitability in a division with significant growth ahead.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily field operations for 6–7 active large-scale landscape construction projects
• Manage 10 crews / ~30 field employees and ensure high performance across staggered timelines
• Oversee commercial landscape installation, including grading, planting, and limited hardscape
• Direct complex irrigation builds: 4” mainlines, booster pumps, trenching, compaction, pressure testing
• Oversee crane-assisted installations (boulders, trees, and heavy materials)
• Own all job schedules, manpower planning, and production sequencing
• Maintain strict alignment to budgets, specifications, and production rates
• Identify inefficiencies, prevent rework, and correct issues early
• Collaborate with estimating to resolve scope questions and technical challenges
• Oversee and coordinate equipment fleet (skid steers, excavator, backhoe, trenchers, dump trucks)
• Enforce strict safety protocols, utility locating, and site risk prevention
• Maintain proactive communication with ownership on project status, challenges, and solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Landscape Construction Superintendent or Landscape & Irrigation Superintendent
• Proven success managing commercial installation projects $500K–$4M+
• Strong irrigation expertise (4” mains, booster pumps, trenching, pressure testing, compaction)
• Ability to read plans, interpret specs, and solve field issues independently
• Experience managing multiple crews and large, complex jobsite logistics
• High urgency, strong leadership presence, and impeccable field execution
• Safety-first mindset with disciplined risk mitigation

Preferred Background

• Experience with industry leaders such as BrightView Development, Gothic Landscape, GTI, or similar
• Former General Superintendent or senior superintendent ready for broader responsibility
• Successful track record scaling construction operations in fast-moving environments
