Position Summary:
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing multiple Superintendents across various job sites, ensuring consistency in field operations, quality, safety, and budget adherence. This role acts as the liaison between field teams and executive management, ensuring project standardization and providing leadership to site teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Site Oversight & Team Leadership
    • Supervise multiple Superintendents across different projects.
    • Ensure job sites adhere to company policies, schedules, and safety standards.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor performance and enforce accountability.
    • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for Superintendents.
  • Strategic Coordination & Issue Resolution
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for major site-related issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve project delays, subcontractor issues, and compliance concerns before escalation to executive leadership.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution.
  • Company-Wide Standards & Reporting
    • Implement and enforce quality control and field safety protocols across all job sites.
    • Ensure all projects maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
    • Provide high-level reporting on job site performance to executive management.
  • Budget & Resource Oversight
    • Monitor job site budgets and resource allocations across projects.
    • Ensure Superintendents are managing labor, materials, and schedules efficiently.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain cost control and financial performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and field operations.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders, and move around active job sites.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent travel to multiple job sites is required.
