Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Ensure work complies with all applicable codes and safety standards (NEC and local)
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose cost-effective, code-compliant solutions
- Manage jobsite tasks independently, including material usage and time tracking
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to be the Lead Electrician on site, managing the schedule, jobs, and the electrician teams onsite.
- Utilize company-provided technology (smartphones, tablets) for scheduling and documentation
Qualifications
- Required: Oklahoma Unlimited Electrical Journeyman License
- 5+ Years of proven experience as a Journeyman in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Deep understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to climb and work at heights, on ladders, and lifts.
- Ability to lift 50+lbs, bend, stand, and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Work Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Monday to Friday and some weekends
- 40+ hours per week
