Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred; customer service, sales, or hospitality background required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
• Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Prepare lease agreements and collect rental deposits
• Maintain resident and property files
• Ensure model apartments are clean and tour-ready
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Develop local business connections for marketing and outreach
• Uphold compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Represent the community with professionalism at all times
