Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service, sales, or hospitality background required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
- Must be available to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Prepare lease agreements and collect rental deposits
- Maintain resident and property files
- Ensure model apartments are clean and tour-ready
- Respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Develop local business connections for marketing and outreach
- Uphold compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Represent the community with professionalism at all times
