Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing operations to meet occupancy goals
- Conduct tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Complete lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins
- Maintain accurate resident records and reports
- Ensure vacant units and models are clean and tour-ready
- Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with marketing and outreach to promote the community
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Strong customer service or sales background. Residential leasing experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with social media platforms
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Weekend availability (Saturdays required)
