Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; strong background in customer service or sales essential
• Professional, polished appearance
• Energetic, positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Entrata and social media is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to walk the property regularly and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Available to work Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lease agreements and rental deposits
• Prepare and maintain model apartments for showings
• Maintain organized resident and property files
• Stay informed on lease terms, rates, and amenities
• Utilize effective leasing and communication strategies
• Conduct property inspections and ensure readiness
• Coordinate local marketing and outreach efforts
• Provide responsive and professional resident service
• Comply with all Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
