Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous leasing, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and walk properties frequently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and lease apartments
- Complete lease agreements and collect deposits
- Maintain resident and property files
- Ensure model apartments are tour-ready
- Respond to resident inquiries promptly
- Build relationships with local businesses for marketing
- Comply with all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
