Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Tennessee tax credit housing
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Saturday availability required

Responsibilities:

As a Tax Credit Leasing Professional, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Touring prospects and leasing apartments
• Completing lease agreements and processing deposits
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date resident and property files
• Ensuring models and vacant apartments are clean and tour-ready
• Managing leads and follow-ups via phone, email, and in person
• Marketing the property through outreach and social media engagement
• Building strong relationships with residents and the local community
• Assisting with renewals and resident retention strategies
• Responding to resident inquiries and service requests professionally
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and LIHTC guidelines
