• Strong communication and tech skills

• Weekend availability (especially Saturdays)

• Tour apartments and help prospects through the leasing process
• Maintain resident records and ensure apartments are ready to show
• Respond to inquiries and build strong resident relationships
• Promote the community through local outreach and social media
