The Meridian is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dedicated team. Located on 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in West Knoxville, our community offers residents a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and direct access to walking and hiking trails. Conveniently situated just off I-40, The Meridian is only minutes from downtown Knoxville and the upscale Turkey Creek Shopping and Entertainment Pavilion.

Sign-On Bonus: A $500 sign-on bonus will be paid after 90 days of successful employment.

Qualifications:

We�re looking for a dependable, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior leasing experience is preferred; customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds are strongly considered
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata software is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work Saturdays

Responsibilities:

As a Leasing Professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing property tours and leasing information to prospective residents
• Completing lease agreements and collecting rental deposits
• Maintaining accurate records for resident files and property data
• Ensuring model apartments and common areas are presentable at all times
• Utilizing effective phone and leasing techniques to convert leads into leases
• Conducting regular inspections of vacant units
• Building relationships with local businesses for marketing purposes
• Responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Complying with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
