Requirements

We're seeking a motivated, dependable team player who meets the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality background
• Professional appearance suitable for an office setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata software is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Professional at Overton Brentwood, you�ll be responsible for:

• Managing the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Ensuring model units and tour paths are in excellent condition
• Maintaining accurate and organized resident/property files
• Demonstrating knowledge of lease terms, policies, pricing, and amenities
• Responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries
• Using sales and phone techniques to maximize occupancy
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Building relationships with local businesses for marketing purposes
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations
