Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1yr+ prior leasing experience required
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance and office-appropriate attire
• Positive attitude, problem solver, and fast-paced work style
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram) preferred
• Ability to walk properties frequently and climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team player
• Availability to work Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
• Ensure �model� apartments are ready for tours
• Maintain resident and property files
• Know lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities
• Use effective leasing and telephone techniques
• Handle screening processes and lease application requirements
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure readiness
• Maintain relationships with local businesses for marketing and leasing materials
• Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, courteous manner
• Adhere to OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
