Your Role: Maintenance Supervisor

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you�ll be responsible for keeping Allora�s stunning community in top shape�overseeing everything from apartment repairs and HVAC systems to grounds and amenity maintenance. Your work helps ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable, safe, and beautifully maintained home.

What You�ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents
• Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance needs
• Train, supervise, and support maintenance and grounds staff
• Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory
• Deliver top-notch service with a smile

What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years as a maintenance supervisor in multifamily housing
• Strong HVAC skills and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• CPO Required with proof.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Must have basic tools, reliable transportation, and be able to respond to after-hours calls
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to walk property and work in outdoor conditions
