What WeοΏ½re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Strong HVAC experience with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
  • Availability for after-hours calls and emergencies
  • Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills with residents, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to work outdoors and walk properties in varying weather conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the entire property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace, adhering to safety and company standards
  • Complete service requests and prepare units for new residents
  • Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing service, custodial, and grounds staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Manage inventory and maintain the maintenance budget
  • Coordinate and supervise both in-house and vendor work
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
