About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you�ll take the lead in ensuring the quality, safety, and functionality of our multifamily property. Your expertise will directly impact our residents' living experience and the success of our community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Respond to service requests and complete apartment make-readies
• Manage and train maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Respond to after-hours calls as needed

What We�re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in multifamily housing
• Strong HVAC knowledge and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Proficient in apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks regularly
