What WeοΏ½re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
- EPA certification required (pool maintenance experience required)
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to manage maintenance budget, staff, and inventory
- Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure high standards of upkeep
- Respond to repair requests, including after-hours
- Supervise, train, and manage maintenance staff
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
