Maintenance Tech

Job Description

The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the property's buildings, grounds, and equipment. This includes but is not limited to:

• Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment
• Responding to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely manner
• Completing work orders and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance performed
• Assisting with the preparation of vacant units for new residents
• Performing routine inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues
• Ensuring that all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
