Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kentucky District Office in Erlanger, KY.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation.

Competitive pay: $19 to $25 hourly plus potential yearly bonus.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Performing various maintenance tasks from service requests.
• Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape.
• Working on ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, etc.
• Providing customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors. 
• Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment.
• Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents. 

Who you are:

• General maintenance knowledge: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use. 
• Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning.
• Prior maintenance experience and own basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
