Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: East Cincinnati Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Hamilton County) Cincinnati, OH
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation

Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications)


Bring Your Skills

If you enjoy variety, solving challenges, and making an impact, this role will put your skills to work every day. 

  • 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
  • Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor construction
  • Basic Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing
  • Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement
  • Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects 
  • Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
  • Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

As a District Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a difference for our homeowners. 

  • Perform maintenance tasks and respond to service requests for Condominium & Homeowner Associations
  • Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, wood trim replacement, painting, and clubhouse maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors
  • Manage priorities and balance multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call rotation
