What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior maintenance experience (multifamily housing preferred).
• HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Able to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
• Owns basic tools and has reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on buildings, amenities, and grounds.
• Complete resident service requests and prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Address emergency and after-hours repair needs.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations.
