What You'll Do:

  • General Maintenance: Handle routine and emergency repairs across multiple communities�including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
  • Service Calls: Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
  • Property Care: Keep buildings, amenities, and outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track and manage tools, parts, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Safety First: Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal certification required
  • Strong skills in general apartment maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
  • Previous maintenance experience in the multi-family housing industry preferred
  • Willingness to take on after-hours calls as needed
  • Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
  • Great communication skills with residents, teammates, and vendors
  • Physical ability to walk properties, climb stairs/ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in all weather conditions
