Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general apartment repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems

• Respond promptly to service requests and after-hours emergencies

• Maintain the property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities

• Oversee maintenance supplies and equipment

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• HVAC Experience required; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred

• Experience in apartment maintenance or the multifamily housing industry

• Ability to perform after-hours on-call duties

• Reliable transportation and basic tools

• Strong communication skills

• Physical ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
