What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience (multifamily housing preferred)
• HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Boiler and chiller experience required.
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete resident service requests and ensure timely apartment turnovers
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment
• Respond to urgent repair needs, including after-hours calls
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
