Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus District Office (serving COA & HOA communities) – Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call rotation

Pay: $28–$30/hour (based on experience)



Make an Impact
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. This hands-on role offers variety, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform general maintenance and respond to service requests across HOA/COA communities
  • Complete work involving carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction
  • Repair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, and wood trim 
  • Work on ladders for roofs, siding, and exterior maintenance
  • Provide excellent service to homeowners and Boards
  • Manage priorities, handle on-call emergencies, and work independently
     

Bring Your Skills

  • 2+ year of general maintenance experience 
  • Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs 
  • Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects 
  • Basic hand tools required 
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
  • Able to pass background and drug screening
