Position: Maintenance Technician - COA and HOA communities
Location: South Shore COA and Central Cincinnati Association District - Cincinnati, OH
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 8 weeks
Competitive Pay: $23 to $27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus mileage reimbursement
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities across multiple locations. Every day brings variety, hands-on work, and the opportunity to make a difference for our homeowners.
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks in response to service requests for Condominium and Homeowner Associations at multiple locations
- Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, clubhouse maintenance, painting, and general repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors
- Manage priorities and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Travel between assigned locations as needed
Bring Your Skills
If you enjoy variety, solving challenges, and making an impact, this role will put your skills to work every day:
- 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
- Residential exterior carpentry and general remodeling experience required, including painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, gutter and downspout cleaning and repair, as well as expertise in door and gate hardware repairs and wood trim replacement
- Customer-focused professional with a polished demeanor and solid technical skill set
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use
- Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning
- Must own basic hand tools for work use
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto-insurance for work use
