Description

We are seeking a result driven and people focused Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and build strong, collaborative teams. This role is responsible for overseeing processes, developing team members, and ensuring operational excellence while aligning with company goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also execute, build relationships, and gain trust across all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team accountable to KPIs and company standards
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and other departments to drive business objectives
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage performance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems (ATS, CRM, or ERP depending on role)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
