Marketing Associate – Norcross, GA

Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Develop proposals and qualification statements.
- Technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Prepare standard documents in conformance with Owner/Client standards.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain marketing documents, including staff resumes, project profiles, Standard Form 330s, and other boilerplate material.
- Coordinate with other Marketing associates, Project Managers, teaming firms, and sub-consultants to gather the information requested by the Owner/Client.
- Review marketing documents to ensure accuracy, readability, and overall quality.
- Coordinate and run pursuit meetings and creating and maintain proposal development schedules.
- Administrative Support
- Provide project-level administrative support, including organizing meetings, distributing information, and recording meeting minutes.
- Assist with general office operations such as ordering supplies, managing service vendors, and coordinating office tasks.
- Act as a liaison for field staff as directed by management.
- Perform daily clerical tasks such as answering phone lines, greeting guests, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain the calendar for conference rooms and pool vehicles, including scheduling vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate in-person job interviews and assist with new hire orientation.
- Manage office supplies for the Norcross office.
Qualifications
- Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint CRM is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong detail orientation skills and being able to do quality work under short time frames.
- Excellent communication skills are expected, both oral and written.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must complete a pre-employment screening; ICE is a drug-free workplace.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office work is required.
- Experience working for an architecture/engineering/infrastructure firm is required.
- Prior experience preparing proposals or Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) is required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Routinely required to sit for an extended period at a computer workstation.
- Hand and eye coordination adequate for computer data entry.
- Visually observe and differentiate details and colors of objects.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Expected Hours of Work
The ICE offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing an unpaid hour for lunch daily. Work schedules may vary according to the project schedule. This is an onsite position reporting to the ICE office 5 days per week.
