What Can You Expect    

• Contribute to and collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Business Development on developing and implementing strategies for new marketing and communication initiatives. 
• Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for developing company branding and positioning in the marketplace as it relates to the Company's Nashville office.
• Assist with the recruitment, management, training, and motivatation of any direct reporting marketing staff in accordance with Company procedures, policies, and employment law.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development, Business Unit Leader(s), and Pursuit Team(s) to develop deliverable strategies that ensure high quality, creativity, and accuracy.
• Support the development and production of project graphic requests by taking on design briefs and implementing them from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency.

What You Bring to the Table   

• Must have 5-10 years of marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry.
• Must have thorough knowledge of pursuit management, graphic design, printing procedures, photography, illustration, and persuasive verbal and written communication.
• Must demonstrate an entrepreneurial drive and possess the ability to develop fresh approaches and innovate as appropriate to meet market demands and differentiate from the competition.
• Must possess advanced level knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Adobe InDesign. Must also have experience using Monday.com Workflow Management or demonstrate a willingness to learn new softwares.
