Your Role:

  • Mentorship & Leadership: Inspire and guide a sales team through training, coaching, and consistent support to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Customer Guidance: Provide exceptional service by educating homebuyers throughout the home building and purchasing journey.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals.
  • Model Home Management: Maintain a welcoming, top-notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Availability: Must be able to work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
  • Experience: Proven success in new home sales. 4+ years of professional new home sales experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Leadership Potential: Passion for mentorship and coaching to support team development and achieve sales success.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Education/License: A real estate license is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance. A background check will be conducted.
