The Member Service Representative is the face of our organization and holds an essential role in delivering on our PROMISE by providing outstanding member experiences. Responsible for serving as a financial consultant to members, lending, conducting member financial profiles, identifying member needs, cross-selling, and up-selling. Attracts, expands, and retains member relationships and is responsible for contributing to the financial well-being of our members. Accountable for lobby management and in-branch member service interactions and performs a wide range of sales/transactional duties upholding quality, service, and brand standards. Works with the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve goals of deposit/loan growth, business relationship growth, and personal membership growth. The MSR also maintains current knowledge of competitor products, services, and current promotions.

Qualifications:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate starting at $21.00 hourly plus monthly incentives, depending on experience, education and qualifications.
