Ameribrands is a dynamic and growth-oriented organization focused on strategic expansion through targeted acquisitions. We are seeking a highly experienced and driven M&A Manager to lead our acquisition efforts from sourcing to integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing & Origination:
- Identify and evaluate potential middle-market acquisition targets aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
- Deal Execution:
- Lead negotiations on terms and conditions of transactions.
- Conduct and oversee front-end financial due diligence, including valuation analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate closely with external advisors, including legal counsel and lenders, to structure and close deals.
- Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end M&A process, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership.
- Post-Acquisition Integration:
- Take ownership of integration planning and execution to ensure seamless transition and value realization.
- Align acquired entities with company culture, systems, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 completed middle-market acquisitions (typically $10MοΏ½$500M in enterprise value).
- Proven track record in deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with lenders, attorneys, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead post-merger integration initiatives.
- BachelorοΏ½s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Investment banking, private equity and venture capital, corporate development will be an advantage
