Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Maryville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Set, place, and align industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform heavy rigging using chain falls, come-alongs hoists, forklifts and cranes
- Read blueprints, layout drawings, and installation specifications
- Install, level, and anchor machinery to precise tolerances
- Assemble and disassemble industrial equipment and components
- Assist with conveyor systems, production equipment, and mechanical installs
- Work safely around active industrial environments and tight deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of millwright experience
- Strong background in rigging and equipment setting
- Experience operating around cranes and heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Basic millwright tools
- OSHA 10 is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
