Position Overview:
This role focuses on accounting and administrative support within the asset management and renovation department. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, experience in multifamily real estate, and the ability to manage financial reporting, track renovation budgets, and coordinate administrative functions. This is not a traditional property management role but a finance-driven position critical to the success of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update property financial records including owner distributions and cash flow data
  • Track renovation budgets, spending, and loan draw processes
  • Support preparation of owner reports and financial documentation
  • Coordinate with lenders and vendors related to renovations and financing
  • Assist with insurance claims tracking and communications
  • Manage administrative tasks to support asset management, renovation and finance teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in multifamily real estate
  • BachelorοΏ½s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
