Job Summary:

The Multimedia & Podcast Specialist is responsible for creating, distributing and optimizing sharable content across multiple platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives specific to the CEO and Sevenfold, Hutton’s strategic consulting practice, as well as coordination of internal communications.
How will you know you’re successful? Your content should achieve multiple objectives: Generate awareness; increase engagement with the content for which this person is responsible; build credibility in Hutton’s positioning as a strategic consulting leader via Sevenfold; generate leads for all Hutton Service Offerings including Sevenfold; and increase engagement internally among Hutton team members.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Produce, edit, and publish Hutton podcasts.
- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy across platforms and channels.
- Produce written, visual, and multimedia content—including graphics, videos, photos, and podcasts—that aligns with Hutton brands and enhances engagement.
- Maintain and adapt multiple brand voices, including Hutton Corporation; Sevenfold, a Hutton Company; and Ben Hutton’s personal online persona.
- Manage coordinated content calendars for the CEO and Sevenfold, aligning with Hutton’s broader marketing schedule.
- Track performance through regular analytics reports and make data driven recommendations to improve engagement.
- Stay current on content marketing trends and bring forward new ideas and best practices.
- Communicate proactively with the Marketing Director, CEO, Sevenfold leader, and other team members to keep multiple concurrent projects on track and on deadline.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar, or commensurate years of professional experience required.
- 3+ years’ experience in content creation and social media management required.
- Professional podcast production experience preferred, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing.
- A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry) experience preferred.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Skills in photography, photo editing, videography, video editing, and audio editing required; graphics and motion graphics preferred.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content editing abilities.
- Advanced understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to create platform specific, shareable content and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Familiarity with social and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic SEO principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Microsoft 365 experience a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to maintain consistent branding while meeting business objectives.
- Knowledge of web editing and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Ability to collaborate, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
