B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time MV Terminator to perform high-precision electrical installations and stress control in industrial settings. As an MV Terminator, you will earn a competitive wage based on your experience. This position offers a steady schedule of 50 hours per week, providing excellent earning potential. This position requires complete travel. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven background and expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) Terminations.

• Previous 3M Certifications are highly preferred.

• Proficiency with MV tool kits and precision stripping/crimping techniques.

• Commitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to travel 100% of the time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a specialist on our team, you will showcase your expertise by working on 35 kV stress cones, T-bodies, and splices. Your day-to-day will focus on critical electrical insulation and stress control tasks. Using specialized medium voltage tool kits, you will be responsible for:

Stripping, cutting, and crimping cables.

Utilizing shear bolts for secure connections.

Installing terminations within specialized electrical equipment, such as inverters.

Ensuring every connection meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
