What You’ll Do:
The National Purchasing Analyst collaborates with National, Regional, and Local Purchasing and Operations teams from around the country to support all of Century’s Purchasing Departments, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing and pricing information in our ERP system. The Analyst's focus is on managing database integrity and working closely with the Division Purchasing Staff to provide accurate data analytics and financial reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Rebate and vendor program creation, maintenance, and tracking.
- Oversee vendor contracts for rebate agreements and national pricing.
- Coordinate / maintain national MSAs and NDAs database of national suppliers. Actively working on renewals every year as needed.
- Create and maintain Rebatepros system architecture, including setting up new programs, divisions, and communities.
- Help create and maintain a standardized rebate database and division product libraries related to rebate tracking.
- Provide analysis on rebate tracking, invoicing, and collections.
- Input and maintain vendor programs and usage.
- Input, review, and analyze program usage.
- Generate and update community rebate amounts.
- Lead production and system-related projects, such as internal audits and data conversions.
- Assist in corporate and division special purchasing and production-related projects as needed.
- Support the CHC Century Home Connect home automation program and its ongoing operations.
- Oversee CHC specifications and vendor relationships.
- Resolve home buyer issues related to home automation.
- Provide training to divisions on using RebatePros and CHC.
- Support divisions on product shortages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Have:
- MUST BE SELF SELF-STARTER and able to work without supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Previous experience with Rebatepros and NEWSTAR Homebuilder ERP software is a plus.
- A strong understanding of the homebuilding industry is preferred.
Your Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) certificate is required.
- At least 2+ years of related experience and/or College
