Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced New Home Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of 100-200 homes annually. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership in the field, and expertise in residential new construction. The ideal candidate has experience in affordable housing developments and multifamily commercial projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Oversee and manage residential new construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety compliance reviews.
- Manage material procurement, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.
- Provide leadership and direction to construction crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on project progress and challenges.
- Identify and resolve on-site construction issues proactively.
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction management or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage the construction of 100-200 homes annually.
- Experience with affordable housing developments and first-home buyer projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Requires lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, walk, and climb throughout the workday.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, and odors.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
