What You’ll Own
- Develop and grow new commercial and residential landscape construction business
- Prospect consistently and build a qualified pipeline
- Meet clients onsite to scope projects and prepare take-offs
- Build accurate estimates and job costing in LMN
- Present proposals and close agreements
- Stay connected to projects in the field to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who likes being in the field—not behind a desk all day.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscape, outdoor construction, or related field preferred
- Ability to read plans and complete take-offs
- Familiarity with LMN and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter mentality — motivated by results and income potential
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
