Seeking an Outside Sales Representative with a strong foundation in electrical engineering for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Tampa, FL. Our client is one of the fastest-growing industrial electrical service contractors in the nation, known for delivering high-quality transformer maintenance, electrical testing, electrical construction and distribution system solutions.

Salary is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular field visits and consultations.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions for electrical services and products.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotes, and scopes of work during client meetings.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to expand market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Self-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
